Twitter Gives Buffalo the Bird, Calling it the US' Rudest City

Twitter has recently announced that Buffalo, NY is America's rudest city. I live on the outskirts of the rude pulsar shown in the graphic below. I can say, this area is one of the rudest areas I have ever lived, which includes NYC and Boston. Largely, folks are the rudest when they are behind the wheel, road rage is frequently on exhibit..
