Low Cost solar Dryer

My father-in-law has designed and built a prototype of a low-cost solar dryer that has been built from easily procurable parts. Work is still in progress, as I am working on a control + data logging circuit for it. We should be able to test the prototype in october as soon as the monsoons leave India. Will be fun to analyze the temperature profiling data and tweak the performance of this fella.

In the picture, the proud father-in-law, Prabhakar Shukla :) He is a retired material sciences scientist.
