Mercury is a collection of hotpads. It is specifically designed for the launching tableware collection of a brand. So the design brief was quite extensive and unlimited.

I think hotpads are usually only plates that you hide them while you are not using it, so i wanted to make it look like an accessory of the kitchen which looks like drops on the table and reflecting the environment. You cancombine them to get bigger/smaller hotpads..
